Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the he444 online casino and sports betting platform, including all services, games, promotional offers, and payment facilities made available through the website. • You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2. Account Registration and Security

• Account sharing — allowing another person to access and use your he444 account — is prohibited. Any winnings generated through an account that has been shared with or operated by a third party may be voided at he444's discretion.
• he444 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, along with proof of payment method ownership.
• he444 reserves the right to close dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — following notice to the registered contact details. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be subject to applicable inactivity fees before closure.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Players are responsible for reading and understanding bonus terms before opting in.

• In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or system error that affects the outcome or recording of a game round or bet, he444 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be achieved, affected bets or game rounds may be voided and stakes returned.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that bet, regardless of any subsequent change.
• he444 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet, game, or event, and to limit the total winnings payable on a single bet. Maximum payout limits, where applicable, will be displayed in the relevant game or betting section.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the he444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, participate in games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to evade detection.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts, or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a software error are required to report it to he444 immediately and must not exploit it.

7. Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, he444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if he444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

he444's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

he444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, he444 will notify registered players through the platform or via the registered contact details a minimum of 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.
